The right to receiving the "benefit of the doubt" is for people or in this case fighters who have never been suspended for doing something illegal(cheating).

And I think that is one of the main reasons why people like me and you are more likely to get ***ed with by cops in this country while we are walking down the street at night. Most cops see a Mexican like me or a Puerto rican like you(if you are puerto rican) and they say " oh I always bust puerto Ricans/ Mexicans who are up to no good so obviously this guy is up to no good".

It's the same train of thought that makes the American justice sytem a sham and sends hundreds of innocent people to jail annually.

Whoa...Im done here. I think your defending Margarito is becoming a bit scary and irrational.
Its simple ..popular OPINION believe Margarito cheated before the Mosley fight(but not against Cotto if it makes you happy) but most surely against many others that were "more of a threat"(sarcasm).
When we have polls on CNN or ESPN or any of the other networks..I guess we will have to implement the "pistol whip rule". Must have evidence and or proof to have an opinion on these polls...lol

oh no I don't have any problem with saying that you suspect Tony of cheating but there is a fine line between suspecting someone of wrong doing and straight out accusing them of wrongdoing with no evidence of backing it up.

Sometimes you don't need hard evidence to know that someone who's has been proven of wrong doing is guilty. In this instance the circumstantial evidence is overwhelming there's to many things that point to his guilt. So to me that's more than enough to accuse this proven cheater of cheating.

I learned that logic beats common sense, so if Margarito beat Cotto to a bloody pulp and then lost to someone Cotto beat, plus the fact that pics say that the sample has blood on the same spot a pic of the Cotto fight has, then logically, the probabilities that Margarito cheated in the Cotto fight are pretty damn good.

Its still an inductive argument because it isnt 100% proven Margarito indeed cheated in the Cotto fight so some further investigation is needed.
