Paul Williams simply because he has a tremendous size advantage over everybody on that list... if Cotto got into a ring w/ him it would look like fricking Marvin Hagler fighting Vitali Klitschko

shane is the best WW right now. he destroyed margarito and his fight with cotto was close and could've gone either way.

Williams is going to have to pack on some muscle to fight Wright at MW. I don't expect to ever see him at WW again. So we'd probably have to have a rematch between Mosley and Cotto to find out, but for now, it's Cotto.
