If it's in North America, I will likely go.

Las Vegas is extremely hot (110 F) in late June, but flights and accommodations are inexpensive at that time of the year. If it's at Madison Square Gardens, it will give me a good excuse to take a trip to New York, which I'd like to do at that time of the year anyway.

I think I'll make the trip regardless of where it is as long as it's in the U.S. Wlad's one of my favorite fighters and this should be a great fight to watch live. It would be cool if members from boxingscene could meet up at the fight..
