Probably not,coming along in an era when the proliferation of titles became silly post tyson.I dont think that there is any doubt that he was the very best of this era and very possibly the best british fighter of all time.

His two KO losses hurt him but not as much as he got vengence on both. He is the best HW boxer of my lifetime.

I would probably contend that Larry Holmes is more underrated than Lennox Lewis.
