But if he beat me with what I thought were loaded gloves, damn right I'd wanna get back in there and whoop his ass for it. Unless I was scared it WASN'T loaded gloves he'd beat me again.
Like the logic and if Margo takes his punishment honorably then he will get his chances again in the states. If he fights in Mexico, the California commission will not reinstate him, and several other states have already said they'd honor the choice of California on the matter. Margo should just concentrate on a big 2010.

Look, we can't control what our own govt. does, much less what another country does. So the question is will you watch? Some on here have been honest and admitted they would.

I think people that hate Margarito the most are more likely to watch than anybody else. They will watch out of curiosity like all boxing fans, but they will also watch so they can talk trash to the TV all fight long and let Marg know how much they hate him.

I definitely think you are 100% right. These fans that keep talking **** would be the first ones to the tv to watch this fight. I am opposed of Margarito fighting because it will make it just that much harder to retain the license after the suspension is up. I believe Margarito deserves a second chance. He owes it to the fans and to boxing to redeem himself of this whole controversy- guilty or not. Go TEAM MARGARITO!!!

Margarito beat Cotto fair and square and all you ******* you think otherwise are still wet cuz your guy's face got turned into hamburger meat. Margarito is innocent. Nothing was ever proven and if he wants to fight in Tijuana none of you little bitches are gonna stop him. Both cuz you cant and cuz your ******* who wouldnt dare look at him wrong if you saw him in real life.

Get a life *******s. You all act like a bunch of ***ish yentas gossiping about the milkman.

Anyone who really believes Tony has only won fights because of "loaded" gloves can go **** themselves.
He vey well may have beaten Cotto fairly but that is something that no one outside Margarito's corner will ever know. Let's stop dwelling on past. Margarito's fans are clinging to this win like it's Margarito's only accomplishment. Whoopee-doo, he beat a much smaller fighter ad took alot of punishment along the way. The Cotto fight was the begining of the end for Margarito, kinda the Taylor/Chavez fight. Margaito is not going to be the same fighter as before, not after taking so much damage in two consecutive fights.

If Margarito fights in Tijuana he'll be doing his remaining fans a disservice as we'll most likely never see him fight in states again. He won't get his license back in the states after slapping the comission in the face like this.

Margarito may very well have won many fights without loaded gloves, but this was an act of desperation that was used to advance his career after being dealt a setback, IMO after the Williams lose when he really needed to do something to get back in the mix.

How do you Redeem yourself after your guilty of cheating?
He would have to prove it was all an accident or misunderstanding in order to "redeem himself" which we know wont happen.
If he won every fight to the end of his career ...Im sorry but that wouldn't "redeem him"

People buy "faces of death film" but wont go around killing people.
We all watch if there is a car accident but not for entertainment nor are we glad there was an accident or people hurt. Watching doesn't make it right, justify or condone it.

I think he redeems himself by abiding by the suspension. And giving rematches to the people who think he cheated against- Mainly Cotto. I know Puerto Ricans and Cotto fans are still hurting from that fight ( I would be too). That's the only way we will possibly know.

I hear the abiding by the suspension part..as for a whole ethnic group being "hurt"...Ill have to go with whatever on that. Cotto fans having su****ions will always be (no matter where they are from or color of their skin) and beating other opponents now that he is being watched like a hawk and under a microscope will never disprove what people believe he did in his past....he will always be tainted by what he did.
