This is similar to the problem that Winky Wright has, that everyone say that he is being greedy and trying to ask for too much to fight but in reality they are offering way below his budget for a fight so they can have the excuse of "money" is why they wont fight Winky but in reality is that they are afraid of him so they offer him something that they know he will deny or reject. Mayweather is scared to come back and be beat therefore he put up a budget that only people like De La Hoya can afford and thats because he is the President of GBP which Mayweather is under. Mayweather know nobody will offer him that kind of money that is why he is putting it out there, they want to beat him but NEVER for 20$.
