Is Cotto the second most hated on fighter next to Floyd?

Its most definently Calzaghe. Cotto has plenty of fans on this forum. Calzaghe has a few. Floyd has a lot(and there's about 3-5 that are nuthuggers).

Unfortunately every1 puts Floyd's fans into the same category.

I'm not sure I'd put him at #2 but 90% of it seems to be from the obsessive Mayweather fans who try and bring down anyone who is a potential threat to him.

No offense, but EVERY thread that involves Cotto, you lurk in and bash him, doubt him, and downgrade him... Do you just not like Cotto as a person? Because as a boxer, what is there not to like? Why so much hate?

he'll think to himself "oh, floyd aint throwing back so imma throw punches" and everyone of them will get blocked, parried or miss. then BAM! cotto gets hit with counterpunch... by the time he knows it he'll have wasted tons of his stamina because he thought floyd wasnt throwing back.

I think he is one of the most beloved fighters on the forum.. of course he will have a lot of haters too but he gives people what they want to see and always makes an effort to fight the best.
the people who talk about jennings and gomez are idiots.. they where hating on him for fighting gomez, but forgot to negate the fact that it was a tune up for the Margarito fight. Then with Jennings, very rarely does someone fight a top ten fighter after they have suffered their first defeat.

Anyway, because Cotto is so humble and will fight anyone you put infront of him, not to mention be entertaining while doing it.. he will always be one of the most liked fighters on the forum.

He can't catch a break on this forum.

Before going into the Jennings fight the talk was:

"He is damaged goods. Margarito gave him dain bramage."

Then he ass ****s Jennings and instantly its.

"Oh so what. Who the **** is a Michael Jennings anyway?"

Which yes, it's a valid point, Jennings isn't a world beater.

But its a ****ing tune up fight. Get off the mans balls for a second.

Its always "questionable stamina" and "he doesn't say the PW word".

He's one of the best fighters in the world and all you can do is nitpick.

I expect there to be critics, I'm not saying it should be all praises for Cotto.

But there isn't much he's done wrong.

I like Cotto, however I do hate his nuthugger fans *cough* you *cough*.
It is thanks to nuthuggers that Cotto's name gets smeared all over the place.
I mean he is a good fighter, but nuthuggers make him seem like he is the ultimate fighter, the next p4p king, and that **** irritates me.
Cotto has a chance to become an all time great, however he still has to prove himself, and until that time comes many of the nuthugers should learn from their fighter and have some ****ing class, by keeping their mouth shut.
