Barker fought Ojay Abrahams in his 13th pro fight. His opponent had a record of 20-73-4. hewants to talk about hand picked opponents?? WOW!....Lefty

It's not a shocker that Mick Hennessy wants Duddy on that card. Froch is a relative unknown and Taylor has most of his support from the south. Duddy puts asses in the seats in the northeast. They are thinking of having that fight at the wamu theater at the garden,putting duddy on there would assure a sell out

I dont think that tells the whole story.I have seen a few of Barkers fights and he is actually a very good boxer.I doubt it would happen,but it would be a pretty competitive fight if it did.

If we only consider Duddy's record before 19 fights, Barker has fought a lot better opposition than him. Also, Duddy could have made big fights off his name alone, Barker doesn't have this novelty.

Duddy vs Barker should happen.

There talking about having this as a PPV in the UK it could well win the record for the lowest number of PPV sales ever, I am sure it would do less than 10,000 to be honest.

hennessy sports held a card in my hometown of Edmonton,Canada.barker was in the mainevent against the 40th ranked mw larry sharpe.they wanted barker to get experience against a tough,durable southpaw who can take a punch.sharpe is one tough Indian.barker was in no danger during the 10 round fight.he got solid boxing skills,good hand speed but I'm not sure of his power because of sharpe solid chin.time will tell.him & duddy should fight because neither has really fought above C level competition so fighting each other makes sense
