    Hatton has decent to very good speed (underrated) but Floyd totally out sped him...

            people look faster fighting the bruseles and baldomirs of the world.

            pacquiao has faster handspeed.

            floyd looks fast against slow , limited welterweights and past prime blown up super lightweights.

            pacquiao's handspeed was dazzling at super bantamweight where everybody is pretty fast.
