Are Floyds hands faster than pacs?

Joking aside if Pac ever fights Floyd, some of you guys voting on pacs better speed will have a shock. Unless Floyd's has aged, he is visibly quicker, imo, and far more accurate.

I agreee, Floyd's got faster hand speed no question imo.

Compare them in the weight classes they been in. At 130/ 135 Floyd had the faster hand speed. Pac just throws more, thats all it is
