pacman throws more punches, so he looks faster with his handspeed, but floyd's timing and overall speed crushes pacman. he is a faster counterpuncher, floyd is, and his timing is much better and faster. he is selective with his punching at 147, but knows when to throw and throw fast. he is faster than pacman, and much more gifted and smooth.

Pacs Hands are faster. But Floyd has faster reflexes, timing and accuracy. If that makes sense. LOL.

I don't know its a tough question. Floyd certainly has the better timing, which makes his shots seem super fast, but manny depends on throwing his punches in bunches, which also make his shots seem very fast. Seeing as how quick Floyd was at 135, 140, and 147 I am going to have to say that Floyd's speed is probably equal to Pacquaio's, but his timing is better, which means he will land the pot shots on fighters, that Pacquaio can not. Hence why Floyd can throw 1 punch at a time and win big, while manny has to throw 6 punch combos to tag his opponents.

I think Floyd could throw a lot faster than he does but he goes for accuracy. Pacquiao has faster hand speed I think but overall I think Floyd is more effective as he is fast and deadly accurate.
