Does Sam Peter look BIGGER than Eddie Chambers?

Can't see the pic. But peter tends to look bigger than everybody he fights. Based on his past appearances, dude needs to get in better shape.

actually Sam peter has a 30-35 lbs weight advantage.chambers fights between 215-221(was his biggest) & peter between 248-253.
