The fight and after, haven't really seen anything on Cotto after the controversy. If you saw his interviews, he would say Cotto is a great champion.

When the controversy came up, all Cotto said was that he wasn't going to comment, that the Cali commision should take care of it and that an investigation would be done. After Margo and his corner were found guilty, he said they were irresponsible for doing such an act, they were sportsman not butchers, then when asked if he would rematch Tony in Mexico he said that would be disrespectful to boxing, that after his suspension was up, he had no problem facing Tony.
