If he said that I officially really don't like Margarito.

If anything he should be praising Cotto for being the only one to not try and tarnish the biggest win of his career. Cotto just said that if he's suspended he should be suspended. And even though it's possible that he cheated against Cotto, he took the high road and says he believes Tony had a great night.
