cotto or clottey but I have this feeling it's going to be cintron.since I've always thought highly of cotto & since arum says it's up to cotto I'd expect him to want to unify the titles.I think clotteys cottos last choice.he won't fight him yet,but I hope that's who he chooses first.clottey is a natural welterweight with skill & power,berto is a small welterweight more cottos size.if cotto doesn't pick clottey ,I think he's ducking him.
