I will go with what others are saying in here. Hatton throws some nice body shots in there and places them well. Cotto though appears to be a much harder puncher to the body.

I wince at the thought of either of them left hooking me to the ribcage!hehe

Cotto is a more devastating body puncher.

Something has to be said for Hatton's consistency and emphasis on throwing to the body, but I think Cotto is much more dangerous.

No one likes to give Hatton any short of credit round here IMO. The guy is a top notch body puncher! A blind man and his dog can see that! He's just as good a body puncher as Cotto IMO.

Cotto's body punching looked non existent against the lanky unmissable punch bag that is Margo.

That was only because Marg covered up his body so there was no opening for Cotto.

Hatton's body punches are more accurate. Cotto's are more powerful.

Hatton's bodyshots aren't as good as people claim to be. They were before but not anymore.
