they're both pretty brutal. I think Cotto would win this fight but I make them about even on bodyshots

Hatton is an excellent body pucher, I take nothing away from him.

Cotto is an extraordinary body puncher; I made a post somewhere else regarding how Jennings' downfall would be the body punch. Cotto has geared his whole attack to be initiated with the body, so over the course of the fight the guy is so broken up to the ribs and such that he becomes a stationary target.

            Why's that?

            You got a reason?

I don't dispute that Cotto's last performance showed superoir body punching to Ricky's last performance.

            I Chose Hatton in support!!
Based on the recent fights i've seen between the two, Cotto is evidently the better body puncher.

Cotto is probably the best in boxing.

Why the hell is Cotto so far ahead in this poll?

Anyone can tee of on Gomez and Jennings to the body. That's what a lot of these noobs are basing their opinions on - those two fights ( Yes, I realise Cotto has wore down and stopped a lot of quality opponents )

To say that they were 50-50 on body punching ability would be extremely fair IMO, but 74-25 in favour of Cotto? **** off.
