some say pacquiao was lineal champ at 112.

i'm biased towards the ring magazine lineage/rankings.

pacquiao was not ring champ even though he was the #1 flyweight when he beat sasakul.

hmmm.. really? so, at the moment manny and floyd are of equal feat in terms of lineal titles. imagine if manny beat the lineal champ of lww(ricky)?!?

will floyd come out of retirement if that happens?
im sure the haters, the huggers and the neutrals are hoping that it happens.

Yes, he did. He beat Sasakul who was the lineal champion by beating Arbachakov, you don't have to be number 2 to become lineal champion if you beat the lineal champion. Like Baldomir and Judah.

Judah had the ring title. When Baldomir beat him, then he become lineal champ. Had Judah not had ring title. Baldomir would have become number one ranked
