That would be a great fight with Kessler coming in as the clear favorite. Arum put Cotto against Margarito while they were under his promotion maybe Sauerland would do the same?

Kessler has never faced a guy with that much firepower. It would definetely be a highly anticipated fight. Still I'd rather see AA fight Sturm and Pavlik first. I do however think that if AA doesn't get either of those to by summer he's off to 168 and a likely high ranking by the IBF (Bute).

Pavlik vs Kessler would be alot more competitive than most people think.

yeah I dont doubt that...but if it was at 168 and Kessler was coming in fit off a resonable win I think Pavlik would eat leather...they have similar styles and they are not know for "bobing and weaving" but Kessler is faster and hits harder IMO. If Kessler had of fought Miranda this fight would be bigger than a AA Pavlik showdown as Kessler would be mor known in the states...people bitching about the Kessler/Miranda fight are within their rights but lets face it...it was Kessler **** management that screwed it and Kessler would have destroyed Miranda...I wish people would leave it alone already.

I wouldn't bet against Kessler in that fight for the reasons you stated. The only categories that Pavlik has over Kessler is consistency with his jab{barley} and aggression.

I can't imagine Pavlik-Kessler being all that close, nor do I think their styles are even slightly similar. Kessler is a way, WAY better technician, and in my opinion Kessler easily beats Pavlik if they ever fight.
