Cotto aint #3 P4P. He needs one or two big wins to get there, and Jennings don't count.
**** em let them hate, its a forum and im entitled to my opinion and i think its a fair one, he's one of the best technitions in the game and a puncher too, his versatility makes him special. Who deserves to be rated abouve him in ur opinion?

        Hopkins and Izzy. Arguably Mosley.

I think Cotto is as good as anyone around right now, I agree. But he's gotta climb his way back up the rankings, it's just the way things go. A win over Clottey would be a hell of a start.

Hopkins mabey his skill set is ubsurd but he was flattered by a one dimensional MIDDLEWEIGHT in Pavlik. The guy has workrate issues and is a relic, he lost twice to Taylor and then to Blow. Im not wanting to have a go about Nard because he is undniabley great and i respect the **** outta him

Izzy? No chance he isnt even the best in his division, guy is a punchbag and is gettin sparked as soon as he and Lopez get it on. Again i hate to talk **** on Izzy as he is one of my favourites and is excitement personafied true fighter

Mosley looked great last time out but lets not forget that Miguel already has a win over him and his Tony wasnt wearing loaded gloves

To tell u the truth i thought Raffy deserved the win in that last fight. I think a draw would have been more fitting

You can't really say that just from beating Jennings... he wont be up there just yet because it was just supposed to be a tune-up fight to build confidence on. But yeah you are probably right he does have the potential to be top 3 P4P.

                  Cotto

The guy has power, speed, heart, toughness, a ruthlesness built in, skills, can fight orthadox or southpaw, counter punching ability, good off the back foot, great at cutting the ring off, excellent pressure fighter, wicked body shots and a stellar jab - boy can do it all
you're blowing the jennings win really out of proportion arent you???

Cotto is not 3 P4P rioght now. he is 6 or 7, based on, if you put him above Mosley, because of his win againts him., Mosley and Cotto are 6 and 7 or viceversa. The idiot who says Cotto is not top 10 P4P is ****** as hell. Way to go basing your toughts in what the ring do. The ring list is ridiculous, and everybody knows it.

Anyways Cott should be 6 or 7 P4P right now, and if he beats Berto or Clottey, Mosley he`ll move to 3 no doubt, if he beats a guy like Cintron or Collazo he`ll move to 5.

This is how I have my top 10 list wish is more accurate that the ring list. Not perfect but better

By who he is not in ESPN's top 20 P4P (which he probably should be), he is not in The Ring's top 10, he is at number 10 on this site, which I completely disagree with.

Jennings does not get him back in the P4P mix, imo. Clottey is alright, but he has never been a proven world beater, so I fail to see how that win can really move him up a ton. Beating Mosley again would move him up a good margin for sure.

He needs 2 to 3 wins all against quality opposition if he wants to be rated as P4P #3, although since it would take a little while he could even be higher then 3 at that point.

To me he has a lot to prove.
