Cotto p4p top 3

I really like Cotto and he's no doubt one of the best around

He simply isn't better than Pacquiao, Marquez, Vasquez, R. Marquez and probably Hopkins though

By who he is not in ESPN's top 20 P4P (which he probably should be), he is not in The Ring's top 10, he is at number 10 on this site, which I completely disagree with.

Jennings does not get him back in the P4P mix, imo. Clottey is alright, but he has never been a proven world beater, so I fail to see how that win can really move him up a ton. Beating Mosley again would move him up a good margin for sure.

He needs 2 to 3 wins all against quality opposition if he wants to be rated as P4P #3, although since it would take a little while he could even be higher then 3 at that point.

To me he has a lot to prove.

He is already a P4P fighter and everybody knows that. the fact that the idiots from the ring dont have him in their list is ridiculos. They have Marquez at 5 and he havent had a win like in 2 years. The ring list is garbage.

I understand where you're coming from wit this..based off qualities and opposition..his talent is #3 for sure!..right behind Pac-Man and JMM!!..Someone tell me something Cotto can't do?..he has it all!..he's amongst the most talented out there..and there is no denying that..

now on the official scale..he's about 6..and that's cuz of his loss..but we ALL know what he's capable of..and he's top 3 in the WORLD right now..no matter what anybody says..

i think cotto got dropped off the p4p list in various ranks... he needs to fight another p4p top 10-15 fighter to get in top 5 imho.
