this is in response to your so called facts:

There not "so called" they are actual genuine facts, they are not up for dispute.

1. because he doesn't have the right tools and the balls to go up the weight
classes, he went like once or twice? while pacman went from fly to welter.

He doesn't have the tools to fight at 154 and this has what baring on a fight at 140?

2. pac fought being the smaller man for the most part of his carreer, he
started from fly then gradually moving up, so fighting the larger opponent
for isnt new to him.

He hasn't moved up gradually at all, his first fight at 130 was 3 years ago he has had 8 fights at 130, 1 at 135, 1 at 147, out of 53 fights and 7 of those 10 where against naturally 122 fighters.

3. the KO ratio i think favors pack because he is constantly moving up in
weight classes and koing larger opponents where as the hitmans ko's are
done to fighters in his weight class. pac has better ko % to larger and
better competition.

You favour a guys power because he's moving up over a guy who's power id proven at the weight.... thats backwards thinking of a nuthugger right there.

4. did hatton cant KO a blown up featherweight lazcano?

Lazcano has 0 fights as a featherweight, so how can he be a blown up featherweight? Let me repeat that so it sinks in Juan lazcano has never fought below Lightweight in his entire career. he also only has 1 KO in 1998 which is as relevant to the Hatton fight as the 1999 KO by Medgoen Singsurat

5. my answer is same as #3.

the standard wisdom is that when you move up weights your power and punch resistance reduces, this is backed up by Pac's reduction in KO rate to 50% at 130+

im not a nuthugger, just stating facts as you can see. unlike some people who doesn't have the balls to stand by their man, im not afraid to pick which opponent to win because im a fan not a hypocrite.

Hatton stops Pacquiao in 8 rounds, if not earlier. My only real decision is whether I choose round 8 or earlier for my bet.

I know I will be shot down for saying this, but I can see it happening.

Pacquiao beats a weight drained DLH and everyone goes crazy. ANYONE can see that DLH was not right in that fight. Pacquiao was landing 2,3,4 shot combinations at will, all night. Before that fight, I remember people saying that 140 was a huge step for pac and that hatton would be too much.

The De la Hoya fight proved nothing in my eyes, other than De la Hoya has no business at 147, or he is shot. Remember that DLH wasn't brilliant against Steve Forbes either.

Hatton ties him up, roughs him up and actually HITS pacquiao (De la Hoya didn't).

Hatton stops him.

again at Pacquaio's interview a while ago, he seems to be very serious about this fight... he respects Ricky Hatton and Pacquiao said that he can never be too confident..

Pacquiao is not as ****** as his nuthuggers, he's not saying I will knock Hatton out in round blah blah!

He's the number one pound for pound fighter today but I haven't heard a word from him that Hatton doesn't stand a chance against him.

So Pacquiao fans be careful...there's just a very thin line between being just a Pac-fan and a Pac-nuthugger.

Give Ricky the respect he deserve... he's the champion of 140 after all.

OK, maybe I took it the wrong way. To be honest, we've seen a lot of posts saying "all you guys going crazy about Pac just because he beat over-rated Diaz and a drained Oscar are idiots", etc. I thought yours might be one of those.

For what it's worth, I've been a Pacquiao fan since 2003 and never once bet against him.

So do you think in order for pacquiao to go till 12 rds he should be elusive as malinaggi? I think pacquiao is far better than malinaggi in terms of foot work, strenght and out put... Yet he stand against hatton for 11 rds... Then if pac and hatton would face it would be one of the best fight... Surely an immediate candidate for the fight of the year...

Maybe your underestimating pacquiao in saying that he will be KOed in 8 rds or less?

For me this would be a war and surely a great fight that both have a chance... Depending on how they initials their game plan...

I agree with your post - no doubt. Its just that I never mentioned Malignaggi in my original post.

To speak about Malignaggi - he didn't want to be in the ring from Round 2 onwards. He was holding, ducking and just plain didn't want to be there.

If he had wanted to fight, tried to throw some punches, then Hatton would have stopped him earlier IMO.

Anyway, I do think that Hatton stops Pacquiao - not that I am underestimating Pac at all. Quite the opposite - I think he will come to fight, will land some good shots and good combinations, it won't be an easy night for either fighter. As I say, I cant wait to see what happens!
