I thought the fight had been stopped too when that happened. I think one thing that I noticed about cotto is that his demeanor is a getting a little more... not ****y... but more charismatic. Don't get me wrong he's always been charismatic, but in that mumra type of charisma. I seen him celebrating and smiling a lot more, which is good for him, I think, in the long run because his stock will only grow with the casual boxing community the more accessible he seems as a human being.
