I really don't know about this. I think Floyd fought a pretty ordinary fight and still won clearly. I think he would have performed better and countered cleaner in a rematch and won it even wider to be honest. And that is coming from a massive DLH nuthugger.

I would too, if some rematches actually happened.

They did not, I don't know whose fault it was. What I know is I don't know if Leonard would have beaten Hearns at 154 in a 12 rounds fight. I don't know if Leonard would have beaten Hagler in a rematch (Leonard seemed to know the answer very well though). I don't know what Leonard-Duran 3 would have looked like.

Consider now Ezzard Charles... 3-0 with Moore, 2-2 with Walcott, 4-1 with Bivins, 2-0 with Burley, 2-1 with Loyd Marshall.

The last 20 years would be from 1989 so you have: Julio Cesar Chavez, Pernell Whitaker, Roy Jones, Bernard Hopkins etc. I think easily would be a bit too eager. Top 5, yes.
