If he doesn't stop Jennings then we definitely know that Margarito took something out of him.
Tomorrow we find out if Cotto was effected by the Margarito fight or not.

Cotto could school Jennings for 12 rounds, use great defense and hand speed and look real sharp, pitch a shutout. If that occurs, you would say Margarito took something out of him? Dont judge what he has left by if he scores a KO or not but more so on how he performs. He could look sloppy and slow and land a huge shot and knock Jennings cold. The fact that he was sloppy and slow would indicate the loss taking something out of him more so to me than him looking really sharp and taking a decision.

That being said, Cotto by middle/late round stoppage after he breaks Jennings down.

3 rounds? are you serious? that's crazy.. First 3 rounds fighter haven't completely gotten into their rhythm yet.

I don't think so. It could be a stoppage, but no one here really knows how slick he can be. Jennings, could be a guy that fights up or down to his opponents level, or as close as he can.

He could be a Malignaggi type, but with a better punch.

By that standard, it wouldn't mean much.

Gomez isn't the same type of fighter, not at all. I've seen, I think, two or three fights from Jennings, the kid isn't ****.

There is NO reason why Cotto should not stop Jennings.
If he did exactly what you said then Jennings should get knocked out.
Just like what happened with Gomez, he won't be able to handle it.

Jennings has never fought Miguel Cotto. Cotto is in a different league than the other opponents Jennings has faced. Jennings is in the same league as guys like Oktay Urkal and Gianlunca Branco...whom Cotto already beat pretty easily.

not true. hell probably will also be working on new things that he has done in training. but yes i do expect a stoppage in about the 8th round.

if cotto stops jennings under 5 it means the old cotto is back. if cotto stops jenning under 12 that means that there is still some margarito after effects. if jennings makes it 12 it means cotto is possibly ruined.

I agree with this.. only I would say 6 rounds.
