Why is Pacquiao willing to fight Miguel Cotto but wants no part of Shane Mosley?

      its easy because margarito beat cotto with plaster of paris in his wraps and pacquiao wants cotto because pac born with a plaster of paris in his hand. it will appear same result cotto will be beat by pacman by KO

        I think it has more to do with what the Top Rank people are willing to put out there as fights they'd be willing to make than what Pacquiao may or may not be willing to do. But Pacquiao has to get by Ricky Hatton first.

              IMO...
              I think Pac's brain (Roach), tells him that Cotto would be a more winnable fight, since Shane has never been stopped. Mosley's experience and strength would overpower Pac.
              Thanks to Roach's help, Pac chooses fights that are winnable.

                    and I meant winnable in the sense of their fighting styles, we can all see what happened to cotto when he gets pressured.

                      both cotto and mosley are too big for pac.
