That might be a good theory if you could measure my opinions against other Dominican fighters but obviously there is only one "worth" discussing. I have no reason to dislike another ethnic group especially Dominicans...but you hold on to that if you want.

As someone who loves the statistical side of the sport I will give a BIG for basterdizing them here.

You mentioned 28 losses but didnt mention the 87% winning percentage that had (187-28 [discouting draws since they are neutral]).

or that in the previous 5 fights each opponent had, they had a 22-3 record (88%).

Go back 10 fights for these same 5 fighters you still maintain the 88% winning %.

Lets look at records of the 5 fighters opponents in their 5 fights previous to Guzman. *%'s discounting draws

        Ameth Diaz (4-1) = 88-14-4 (86%)
        Humberto Soto (5-0) = 127-35-6 (78%)
        Antonio Diaz (4-1) = 102-71-4 (59%)
        Jorge Barrios (5-0) = 142-20-3 (88%)
        Javier Jauregui (4-1) = 116-41-10 (74%)

I am no defender of Guzman I just don't like people dirtying up stats

I dont compare my ethnicity to others (because like most proud people) Mine is the best. But that isnt the point...I made more points other than his first 14 fights....but like i told the other poster (shut me up by showing me) :another so called great fighter that equals his poor stats.
As for moving too fast...lol the guy fought once in 2007 and once in 2008...cmon.
Oh, man. Yikes! You say some crazy stuff, man. But, I said I didn't want to start anything with you, so I'll just leave the race talk for some other day.

But, you know, I do see your point about his inactivity. One of the good things about boxing is hype doesn't help you inside the ring. When Guzman does get in there with somebody who you deem worthy and he wins, will you give him his props then?

Don't want to accuse you of being a racist or something but you've got to have a reason to hate Guzman that STRONGLY

This **** is funny as hell....I gave stats >>>Straight stats.
Your stats are a little too deep on the manipulating side...but its funny if no one sees that...But what Im lol on is the fat that you say you dont like people dirtying up the stats...oh boy..next youll tell me what each opponent ate for dinner the night before the fight and how that made them stronger opponents..WOW!

              1. There is plenty of ignorance in racism and Im far from ignorant. I do recognize rivalries when they exist..but I see no competition.
              2. Im glad you see the point in a fighter that fights once a year...its crazy to say that even Oscar De La Hoya has fought more often.
              3. AND HELL YEAH HE WILL GET RESPECT WHEN HE BEATS SOMEONE WITH SOME WORTHINESS..THAT WHAT BOXING IS ALL ABOUT (AND THATS WHY I MADE THIS THREAD). The question will then be if you look above who exactly is worthy...but the truth is the real fans know whose who.

Sometimes I just want him to go for the kill, but he's content to outspeed guys all night long.
He wins, so I reserve judgement, but damn that boy can be frustrating.
                  Agreed, Guzman has crazy talent!

I find him entertaining to watch and I believe his resume isn't as bad as your making it out to be. So he has earned my respect, the type of fighters I like to watch are slick defensive counter punchers. Example, B-Hop, Mayweather, Guzman and Pernell Whitaker

Now you know and you'll never have to ask again
