Either way, you shouldn't judge a Guzman (or anyone else) by the standard of opposition he faced early in his career.
As for the bold. Exactly what I been saying

Had he made weight against Campbell this hype train would have derailed like Juan Diaz

Either way, you shouldn't judge Guzman (or anyone else) by the standard of opposition he faced early in his career. It's what happens in the more important fights that really matters.

Early in his career consists of 14 fights which is HALF his career.
          But I also mentioned his last 5 fights and the 28 losses. 1 2008 and 1 2007.

I really don't understand what you point is in making this thread. You jump on every Guzman thread there is and yet you can't get enough and have to make your own discrediting the guy

Move on, Guzman isn't even a big name and has very few fans on boxingscene

Your hate for Guzman is almost as unbelievable as you bias for Puerto Rican fighters.

                      Look at it like this:

One guy is 40-0, and has basically beaten a bunch of clubfighters. Then he beats 3 prime HOFers.

Another guy is 18-0 and has beaten a bunch of clubfighters. Then he beats 2 prime HOFers.

Who has the better resume? It's the first guy. Why? Because it doesn't matter that he faced more clubfighters, what matters is that he faced and defeated more elite opposition.

I disagree with part of your post, not all of it.
