First off Cintron hasn't earned a fight w/ Cotto. Second, this fight would not do anything for Cotto's career. Third, it's a little risky, Cintron would have a punchers chance. I think Cotto would definitely break him down. Two words- MENTAL CAPACITY- Big difference between these fighters.

He was born in Carolinas, PR and raised there until he was 10 years old. I know this for a fact because he was in my 4th grade class when he moved to the U.S.
