Pacquaio's reach is widely listed as being 67". Pacquiao is normally listed as 5'6 1/2 while Cotto is normally listed as 5'7.

Thanks. That's why I didn't put the height in the stats. Too much conflicting data depending on the site, but mostly I have seen 5'7" for Cotto. So he's about .5" taller.

Really, there isn't a big difference in these guys. Cotto has thicker thighs. That's the biggest difference. On the other hand, Pacquiao has much thicker calf muscles. The rest is neither here nor there, so I wouldn't ever describe Cotto as "much bigger, stronger and more powerful", that's just an exaggeration, if the stats are anything to go by. He is slightly bigger.

            Anyway, we'll see. Possibly.

Stats aren't the only thing to go by, I mean Caballero is the same height as Margarito with only an inch disadvantage in the reach category but Margarito is much bigger naturally. Obviously, the difference between Cotto and Pacquiao isn't as extreme but still Cotto is the naturally bigger man.

Cotto by a brutal K.O. I don't think Manny could overpower Cotto like Margarito did just because he's not a welter, If there's a top welter beatable for Manny is Berto, I don't think he can beat any other of the top guys like Clottey, Margarito or Mosley.

Yup, I am not arguing that he's not bigger, but "much bigger, stronger and more powerful"? I am not entirely convinced.

I agree that stats (in this case, size) aren't the only thing to go by. If they were, Ali would have never beaten Foreman.

What's important more than anything is speed and skill. Mental strength also plays a big part.

no.why? oscar is just a name, look at his performance he looked awful but if you say something like that then you are hatin or not givin manny credit but i give manny all the credit in the world but to be honest manny has not really fought a live opponent since he moved up in weight and if marquez beats juand diaz imo that win and his win over cassamayor is much bigger than manny's win over diaz and oscar
