I think Jennings has the better chance. He has some decent skills and he's only lost one close decision, while Rubio has four clear losses on his record including two KO losses.

I see Jennings is quick on his feet and slips punches very well. Rubio's boxing skills don't impress me - he's about at the same level as Zertuche.
