I disagree. If he fights in Mexico its a big slap in the face to the commission in the United States. He'll also lose what respect is left of his peers, other boxers, and fans if he does fight in Mexico. He could easily stay in shape for the whole year and spar with other fighters to try to stay in fighting shape.
