That was the top fight to be made at Welter at the time. The Pac-Hoya fight was hindered with the mismatch label, there's no way that didn't effect the buyrate. I think he passed up the biggest fight he could've made with the next best thing, and of course it backfired.

everyone was picking oscar to win, and i always said oscar is just in it for the money and he's gnna take a dive, i said it, and what happens, he suppossedly 'overtrains' and quits in his stool...

Look at this 10 years from now. DLH losing to the top 10 P4p of all time in Pacquiao will not be bad at all. But DLH losing/winning to a Cheater Margarito is nothing to Brag about. Just for being in the same ring with one of the Greatest that ever Lived will be an Honor!
