Haye earned this fight through the media, not in the ring. All he brings is money. If Wlad doesn't get most of the UK TV money then it's not worth it. Haye should make next to nothing on this fight. That's what you get offered when you jump in line.
Sammylove.
You're a moron. Tunney is one of the most intelligent posters on
these boards. Just because he doesn't agree with you, doesn't
mean he is unintelligent. Grow up douche bag.

Well I agree that Haye didn't win enough fights to become a mandatory, but don't you think for the fans this is the best fight in HW division....I would rather see this fight than some borring mandatory fights, when Wlad would win by jabbing to death his oponents....Against Haye he must be agressive too, because Haye will come strong I think, the fight can be over very quick who
lands the first punch wins. But I agree that wlad is a favorite in this fight. 60-40

He brings genuine excitement to the heavyweight division, due to his style, and to the fact that he was undisputed Cruiserweight champion. And the deal whereby Wlad gets to keep absolutely everything other than the UK TV money, and Haye gets nothing except for the UK TV money, already gives Wlad a lot more money than any other fight he could have. But I'm sure if Boente were to say "let's split all the revenues 60/40 in Wlad's favour", or some such deal, Haye would agree to that, but Boente hasn't done that, he's just saying he doesn't like the deal on the table without proposing a sensible alternative. As I say, it's obvious it's just a communication breakdown between Booth and Boente, it's not either side being greedy.
I'd like to agree but haye did beat monte barrett in an eliminator bout & with my heavyweight knowledge if you can beat him you deserve to be in the top 15 at least.Barrett is the premier gatekeeper to the division.he has a nice resume of top opponents on it.if you can't beat Barrett there is no way you should even get a title shot.he knocked him out in 5.in my opinion haye should see how he does against some big punchers first.take on peter, mccline or maybe toney or fight arreola or one of several Russians.I'm not convinced he's ready for the klitschkos yet.
