I'm assuming you haven't seen the Gatti-Ward trilogy then? People knew Gatti could be hit, very easily long before he fought Floyd. It was an impressive performance, but totally expected.

What makes Calzaghe-Lacy better is that Lacy was the pre-fight favourite. It was a shock when the fight started at how easily Calzaghe outclassed him.

He actually looks more focused now in the ring than ever before. Some would even argue he improved after more on technical boxing skills because of his injured rotator cuff.
