can't find my downloads on vista

hi all, i downloaded two fights from here today but i cannot find them i tried the search bar and its come back with nothing found i know there was a temporary folder but i cant find them anywhere any ideas please

Maybe go to the download URL again, right-click and choose "Save as...", then note which folder they are going to. (Of course, cancle your download, there's obviously no need to DL it all again).

Set up your browser to download everything to the Desktop or something in future. Go to the options menu and set it up.

The downloads might be in your documents folder or something. Could be:

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Downloads or maybe a temp directory in there.

I dunno though, I hate Vista and only use XP.

Temp files are usually deleted after reboot as I know of. You should've transfer the files to anywhere except on that temp folder.

What type of processor do you have?
How large is your hard drive?
Do you have a video card?
How much Ram do you have installed?
What is your social security?
Do you have American Express or Visa?
If you have either, what is your credit card information?

My guess is he's using Internet Explorer. If he doesn't even know where his downloads are, chances are he hasn't replaced his browser, although it is a good idea to use Firefox. IE sucks.

I like IE for downloads better because normally I put fights in my documents and it was easier to switch them. In general though, Firefox is much better.

It's not Vista though. I have no problems with it.
