We've all known Arum was a greedy ******* who didn't care about his fighters all along. Now Cotto knows this as well. This may be the golden opportunity (no pun intended) for Cotto to set sail and depart from Top Rank.

I don't know if there is even a way to determine such a statement.

What I do know with absolute certainty is that Golden Boy is better at making bigger fights and, as pointed out, has the better relationship with HBO.

And I doubt Oscar would want to damage his name by finding a loophole to continue promoting a man who should be suspended from the sport for a year.

Apart from that, Arum is a dumb promoter, point blank.

Look what he's doing with Clottey, err.....what he's not doing with him.
