margarito could beat up cotto and cintron at the same time. Did the handwraps prevent cotto and cintron from knocking out margarito to? Cant assume he cheated in every fight if the wraps were okayed by the inspectors that observe the wrapping prior to each fight. If thats the case they should give each inspector a review class on handwrapping to determine whats legal and illegal.
