I apologize if I came off as a jerk. I am passionate about ending racism, and people who are quick to pull the card bother me.
I see your point but the animosity I'm referring to is acutally towards Mexican's from Mexico. I know Chicano's (Mexican-Americans) in California are generally "accepted". But it's a different story when it comes to "border brothers", even with Chicanos. Chicanos have been known to be part of that "Anti-Mexican sentiment" that was originally brought up. I think the language barrier might have something to do with it.

I understand what your talking about. The difference between Chicanos American Mexicans and Mexican Mexicans is a point of discussion.

Although I dont believe the CSAC was any harder on Tony due to his nationality.

Do you even know where he's coming from with his statement?

Bob Arum on the one year suspension of Antonio Margarito by the CSAC.

                  I agree.

                  Your thoughts?

You're smarter than that Perro. I'll let it slide this time - Dude, Arum even acknowledges something was used and wants the entire blame to go to Capetillo - Margarito is the top dog, it's HIS team, and he's accountable as the leader. Has nothing to do with race - if anything, California would be more accomodating to Mexicans than any other boxing commission.

Lifetime ban for that offence should be minimum, you are responcible your your wraps, you take the blame if YOU allow someone to put illegal pads in them.

Race is not a factor, cheating is.
