Maaaannn... I was really pullin' for Nate, but this is a pretty major fuggup. At least he ain't gonna' pull a Guzman and deny Funeka big payday. Now I'm not as sure Nate'll win...if he can't make weight, is he properly prepared?

The thing I was thinking, is he could have ran for an hour or an hour and a half and lost 3 pounds.

I wonder if he was already ate up from the previous weight loss.

Guys run 15 to 30 minutes on the treadmill and drop a pound in a minute, so when I first read this, I immediately thought do a straight up distance run.

No way you can't lose 3 pounds unless he was already at his limit getting down to 138.

it's his fault, through and through, i really can't believe that he would let this happen, seriously, after all the **** that he's gone through from being unfocused, you would think that he would make sure that there are no loose ends in any of his training. especially since he WAS the Champ, you would think that he would have his **** tighten up that there was no room for error.

what a laps in focus, you can't say he was lazy, when he's been calling out other fighters and trash talking promoters to stage fights more often.

That's real harsh for Campbell,lol If Nate wins the fight his titles become Vacant ouch. But He knew the weight limit and what he should have done to have gotten their prior to today.

The difference though, and I don't know what to believe, was that Guzman apparently was in the hospital or under a doctor's care getting iv drips.
Campbell wasn't from all accounts.

Sounds like Guzman had it bad and it would've been ****** for him to fight.
Campbell doesn't seem to have ill effects on this so he's going to go through with it.

Whatever may have happened ...It wasnt like Guzman caught a virus or the flu or had an accident...it was a weight issue...ultimately his own fault....so My statement still stands...Nate hurt himself but the fans are entertained and everyone gets paid. Guzman caused the fans to lose a fight and entertainment and many people were not paid.

All this is ****** anyway, thats why we need same day weigh ins. Because of this a man loses his titles he worked hard for, but on fight night both will be nowhere near 135 anyway, go figure.
