        Mayweather was doing fine until he retired.
        He put a big question mark in his legacy and he probably won't be remembered much.

                Mayweather and Calzaghe will always be remembered along with Marciano as the best unbeaten, untied, fighters in the history of the sport.

                I think Mayweathers undefeated run was slightly better because he fought top contenders for 8 straight years all while moving up in weight at the same time.

                    I never understood that rumour. When Pryor had his biggest win over Arguello in 1983, Leonard was retired. Even when he came back to fight, his fights were 154+, Pryor never fought above 140 until 1985.
