Let's just look at each fighter's standout wins.
Pacquiao has Barrera twice, Morales twice, Marquez once (the first was ruled a draw, I don't give a **** about the scoring error, in the books, it's a draw), and De La Hoya.
Hopkins has Glen Johnson, Felix Trinidad, Oscar De La Hoya, Antonio Tarver, Winky Wright, and Kelly Pavlik.
Pacquiao
1st Barrera fight - Prime Barrera. Manny demolished him.
2nd Barrera fight - Past prime Barrera, Manny won the decision in a fight in which both men looked bad.
2nd Morales fight - Morales was completely shot, he had just gotten the **** kicked out of him by Zahir Raheem. Pac TKO's Erik.
3rd Morales fight - An even worse version of Morales, see above.Marquez rematch - Most people seem to think Marquez won this one, myself included. Though it could've easily been a draw. Pac KO's Erik.
De La Hoya - Shot, couldn't even pull the trigger on Steve Forbes. Oscar looked skeletal. Oscar quits on his stool.
Hopkins
Johnson - Pretty solid fighter at the time who went on to do even greater things after Hopkins TKO's him.
Trinidad - Undefeated 3 division World Champion, Hopkins dominates him and knocks him out in the 12th.
De La Hoya - A bit out of his depth at 160lbs, Hopkins stops him with a bodyshot in the 9th.
Tarver - Hopkins moves up in weight to school and embarass the lineal and true Light Heavyweight Champion of the World in a lopsided UD.
Wright - Ugly fight, Hopkins dominates Wright in a fair ones sided fight in which Wright looked good for a couple of rounds. Hopkins wins a UD.
Pavlik - Undefeated Middleweight Champion of the world, 17 years younger than the 43 year old Hopkins. Hopkins fights him at a catchweight of 170lbs, just 4lbs north of Pavlik's rematch with Taylor. Hopkins dominates and schools the young Champion in a lopsided UD victory at the age of 43.
Hopkins has the better record.Comment

You have your opinion, and I have mine. The judges of the fight scored it almost exactly as I did, 116-112 for Hopkins. So evidently they saw Hopkins dominate as well.
Jorge Solis, the guy he won the 112 title from, Lehlonolo (sp?), David Diaz (STFU).
Jackson, Joppy, Holmes.
