i dont think cintron or cotto will fight margo again unless they absolutely have to... they'd rather just bad mouth margo and say they dont want to fight margo cause he's a cheater and most people will let it slide because, well, margo is a cheater.

Clottey & Williams wanted rematches but I guess Margo figured why give those guys a rematch Williams beat him with loaded gloves and Clottey was beating him until his hand got hurt.
When & if Margo is reinstated we will find out what kind of fighter he really is. I doubt he beats Clottey, Williams, Shane, Cotto or any other top guy now that those punches won't have the same effect. I still think with Cintron it may still be close but those punches won't break him down in 5 rounds like before.

Like I said, Margarito is in no position to demand a certain amount of money, or ask for terms. He's in the position where he just needs to fight.

There's no proof that Tony had loaded gloves against either Cotto or Cintron, but what better way for them to get revenge than to get back in the ring with him and beat him down. Your idea of "revenge" doesn't seem to me what a ring warrior like Cotto or Cintron would want. If Cotto wants the rematch and the opportunity to get payback on Margarito for "supposedly" cheating in their first fight, then I almost guarantee Puerto Rico (or maybe some other state besides CA) would allow it to happen.

By the way, Clottey turned down the rematch against Margarito. Tony was ready, Clottey wanted more than the $600K offered. Williams was turned down, but Williams already beat Margarito anyway.

Kermit respected Margarito well enough to pick him over Cotto for their fight. Then again, he is not the only one who lost respect for Margarito. Many of us have.

I fought amateur for over ten years of my life, and if I found out or suspected that a previous opponent (who beat me) cheated in any way...I'd want to get his ass in the ring ASAP! **** all this he should be suspended, he doesn't deserve to get paid BS...I'd just want the opportunity to teach him a lesson right away!

Is this out of the ordinary? Cotto and Cintron are classy guys and I like watching them fight...but what's with all the threat of taking legal action and no talk what-so-ever of wanting another crack at Marg for "supposedly" cheating???

Look, I'm not defending Margarito. Even if what was put in his gloves was a simple extra pad for his knuckles...it's still AGAINST THE RULES!!! But where the **** are the balls on these guys talking ****??? Cotto, Cintron...DEMAND another fight with Marg and prove that your losses weren't legal!
