I've only seen him once, against Soto, and he actually looked as good as Mayweather in that fight IMO. I could not believe how good he looked.

I've watched Mayweather, B-Hop, Toney, Pernell Whitaker and when I tell you Guzman is as skilled as those guys I mean it. The guy is a complete fighter but he does lack power in the LW division STILL he'd easily U.D Zab.

As for Judah/Guzman, can't you literally see this happening?

Guzman lands a quick right hand, left hook combo to Zab's dome, spins off his planted foot as Zab is firing a left of his own, and gets out of dodge. Judah paws at his face with his glove, and circles to the center of the ring, where he drops his arms and waits to catch Guzman coming in with the left uppercut......Guzman circles......Zab waits.....Guzman gets off a shot to the body and spins off to Zab's right again.......

Rinse and repeat.
