Well when someone gets caught cheating it is usually much harder to get away with it again. People tend to watch what known cheaters do a little more carefully. If you don't pay close attention to someone you know to be a cheat, whose fault is that?

Depends on when the person cheated. **** I really don't know this could all really be just one big misunderstanding (or accidental and not intentional) as the Margarito camp claims.

To me it is apples and oranges, someone who had cheated earlier in their career but really had been clean for years (and probably has been tested many times), to someone who got cheating for the first time where it really is an unknown what was going on prior to getting caught, it just puts everything in doubt (not that he did or did not but how can you know really).

Now if you want to compare Margartio to pre Balco Shane go ahead. Who knows when Shane started using EPO, was that Oscar fight the first time, maybe but we do not know.
