Margarito just ruined his whole career based on those illegal wraps. When i watched Margarito fight I use to say to myself "Damn he's good". Now I cannot say that anymore because don't know how long he was "cheating". When his trainer says it was his fault i don't believe it because Margarito has not fired his trainer. Trust me, Margarito knew this and knew that the only way he can fight Cintron, Williams, Cotto, etc was to use the plaster. He got beat up by Mosley without the wraps. Imagine what those other fighters would've done if margarito had not cheated.

Not a chance. Marg's career is only ruined if he comes back and loses a decent amount. If he comes back and wins while being highly scrutinized he'll be praised again. He isn't that old and has a handful of years left to put up more W's over good opponents.

He can be viewed as a cheater and past wins might be tainted... but nobody will know for sure if and how long he was cheating w/ illegal handwraps. If he comes back, maybe beats Cotto again, and has some other solid wins I think it'll be mostly ignored. Not forgotten and he'll still have **** to deal with about it, but it wont end his career in the least.
