Yea, I knew that if they tried to bring up the Cotto bout it would get tossed. This is a trial for January 24th, if they were going to investigate the Cotto bout it would be a whole seperate thing and would have to be the NSAC.

Yes but you would think a good lawyer would get it in to evidence as Cotto could be called to say something like he never felt punches like this lots of meaningfull thing that influence get heard but not admitted into trials , you get my drift ,,,, interesting what the out come will be .

Personally I dont know about removing a loss or losses from other fights....but I do feel that they need to address the issue and be realistic....I mean who, with the exception of Margarito fans or nuthuggers I should say, believe that this was his first attempt at trying to cheat.....A LOGICAL DEDUCTION WOULD LEAD US TO BELIEVE THAT IT WAS DONE MANY MORE TIMES.

If we go with your theory than we can say this was mosley's biggest chance of getting ko'd and since he's used steroids before why wouldn't he use them now that he's older and against his biggest opponent yet? Certainly if he felt he needed them in his prime, he would need them now right? So If your going to assume margarito used these in alot of fights then you have to assume mosley was on steroids too then right? You can hold your logic for one guy than refuse to use it for another guy.

There's really no point to talk about the use of this in any other fight since it can't be proven and the NSAC signed off on the wrappings and have already stated again that they were legal. And the NSAC is 100 x's more strict than any other state when it comes to sports. Nevada is the ******** capital of the world and if it was found that an official cheater to favor a fighter, then he's looking at years of jail time and several charges thrown at him. If you **** around in vegas with this type of **** as an office your life is over. Too much money involved in the casinos, so I firmly believe there was no wrong doing in the cotto fight.

Refering to Shane Mosley steroid use, its not the same as plaster. Steroids can be tracked not only before a fight, but some time after you used it. It stays in your blood. but coming up with a special handwrap which you only use during some fights can be a easier way to get away with especially when they employed a different technic.

I never compared the use of steroids to the use of wraps. I simply stated the logic that poster used in saying if margarito did once he must have done it before so then that logic must be applied to Mr. Mosley as well if that's the logic we're going by. but it's a flawed logic that has no substance and is just opinion. and margarito was going foward in the mosley fight did you watch it? have you ever seen a fight where margarito didn't come foward?
