It said that there was a suspect bandadge, inside a knuckle wrap... that was to be put on both of Margaritos hands..

Is this just funny wording, or was this something that could have been concealed (inside what may have looked like just an oversided kuckle pad) from Toni before it was ever placed on his hands. I'm about 90% sure he knew about it, but I think it is possible that he didn't. It may be, that for all Toni knew, it was just a little bigger than normal...
