19 defenses. One was a no-contest.

Hopkins' resume is better but not by as much as some would make out.

Joe's win against Hopkins is a respectble win. Hopkins is still a fighter that could challenge and beat a lot of the top boys around. He showed that against Pavlik who people were demanding Joe fights. All of a sudden, Pavlik is forgotten? It just because it was an ugly fight (through no fault of Joe) that people dismiss it.
