Would HBO or Showtime even pick up this fight? That question needs to be answered before people start throwing around the term "duck."

Also, what does the fight purse look like? How much money would Williams make with a fight against Wright versus that of Sergiy?

    Important factors.

Williams is taking a more difficult challenge in his next fight. Winky Wright, at 160, is as dangerous a fight as it gets. Dont be surprised if Dzinziruk happens later on this year.

What is with this idea that if HBO or Showtime don't want a fight then it's dead in the water? Germany has one of the biggest ratio's for population that watch boxing, I'm sure this fight would be big money over there. It would also be picked up by many other networks scattered around the continent. If Paul Williams came to Germany and faught Sergiy Dzinziruk he would be broadcast live in more homes than if he just stays at home and fights another over the hill name.

It can no longer be used as an excuse that there's a lack of exposure or money over here. Germany is one of the leading countries in the world when it comes to boxing.

Exposure in Germany doesn't necessarily mean exposure in the boxing world or in the states. Honestly, besides us boxing fanatics, who the hell knows who Sergiy Dzinziruk is??

As far as HBO/Showtime, those are the two main networks that air fights here in the states. Unless you can do a low level PPV (like the upcoming Cotto/Pavlik card), it's not going to make much money.

Anyways, if Williams beats Winky, I have a strong feeling that he will fight Dzinziruk sooner or later. Williams wants to be champion at 147, 154 and 160.

I Think this everybody fears me, is Bull ****!!!!!!!!

Even tho`, he is fighting Winky, he is fighting him, because he thinks of Winky being old and rusty. And if Winky is still half the fighter he was when he beated Trinidad and Taylor(That wasnt a draw), hell Desicion Williams with ease.

I think Sergei Will UD Williams, too. The thing in this fight vs Sergei, is that Williams have to go to germany and rightfully so. Sergei is the champ and the fight will make more money in germany than in the US. So since everybody always talk **** about european fighters not fighting in the US, guess what?, this time is the US fighter who have to go to europe, or he will be consider a *****!!!!!!!!

after Winky(If Williams win) he needs to fight Sergei, who should be the champ of the division and not Forrest!!!!!!!!!!!

He hasnt fought in damn near 2 years, and yeah he is older now and that might cost him the fight. Its still Winky Wright at MW, though, its not fair to take that away from Williams. Its not like Paul took this fight because Winky is old and he is scared of Sergiy.

This is BS. first everybody knows Sergei in europe. And who gives a **** if they dont sell or whatever in the US, they will sell double in europe.

This , "They have to fight in the US to be recognized" is starting t piss me off!!!!!
